#  Ensure You Receive Our Emails

Follow The Steps Below

### Whitelist Our Domain

To ensure you receive all important emails regarding your certification, please whitelist our domain in your email settings. This helps prevent our messages from landing in your spam or junk folder.

#### Gmail: Move any email from to your Primary tab and mark it as important

- **Open Gmail** on your computer.
- **Find an email** from `someone@jongordon.com`.
- **Click and drag** that email into your **Primary** tab.
- **Right-click** the email and choose **Mark as important** (it looks like a yellow ⭐).
- **Click the email** to open it, then click the **three dots (⋮)** above the message and choose **Filter messages like this**.
- In the “From” field, make sure it shows `@jongordon.com`, then click **Create filter**.
- **Check** the box that says **Never send it to Spam**, then click **Create filter** again.

✅Done! All messages from `@jongordon.com` will go to Primary and be marked important.

#### Outlook/Hotmail: Add @jongordon.com to your Safe Senders list in Settings.

- **Open Outlook.com** (or Hotmail) in your web browser.
- **Click the gear icon** ⚙️ in the top right, then click **View all Outlook settings** at the bottom.
- Go to **Mail** → **Junk email**.
- Under **Safe senders and domains**, click **Add**.
- Type `@jongordon.com`, then press **Enter** or click **Add**.
- Click **Save** at the bottom.

✅Now emails from that domain won’t go to Junk!

#### Yahoo: Add @jongordon.com to your Contacts and mark emails as “Not Spam” if needed.

- **Open Yahoo Mail** in your browser.
- **Click the Contacts icon** (it looks like a little address book) on the left.
- Click the **+** or **Add a new contact** button.
- In the **Email** field, type `@jongordon.com`.
- Click **Save**.
- If an email landed in Spam already:
  
    - Go to the **Spam folder**.
    - Open the email from `@jongordon.com`.
    - Click **Not Spam** at the top.

✅That keeps future emails out of Spam and makes sure they show up properly.

#### Apple Mail: Add @jongordon.com to your VIP list for priority delivery.

- **Open the Mail app** on your Mac.
- Find an email from someone `@jongordon.com`.
- Click the email to open it.
- Next to the sender’s name, click the **down arrow** or **VIP star** ⭐.
- In the menu, click **Add to VIPs**.

✅ Now all emails from `@jongordon.com` land in your VIP mailbox—easy to find and never missed.
